GSV OS
GSV OS is a private operating tool for BuiltbyGSV. It tracks work from lead through delivery and ongoing maintenance, with proposal versioning, requirements history, change-request handling, invoices, and a structured knowledge store. Optional AI can suggest actions, while the core workflows are designed to work without an AI provider.
The problem
GSV OS is designed for a founder managing a studio’s full work lifecycle. The project needs to keep evidence, requirements, decisions, changes, and actions connected over time, while preserving reliable records of scope and money.
The product response
The platform organizes studio workflows into dedicated areas for pipeline, clients, proposals, projects, finance, maintenance, and structured memory. The repository documents a React and Supabase architecture, with business rules and transactional transitions enforced by the database.
GSV OS brings studio operations into one place, linking client records, proposals, project delivery, finances, and maintenance.
It also preserves why decisions were made by connecting evidence to requirements, changes, and actions. It is an internal tool; no public demo is available.
Scope and technology
GSV OS is a private operations platform built for BuiltbyGSV. It organizes the studio’s work across leads, clients, proposals, projects, finances, maintenance, and structured knowledge. The repository describes a React and Supabase architecture with database-enforced workflow rules. Optional AI can suggest actions, but the core product is designed to work without an AI provider.
